Biography:
I was born in Juiz de Fora, MG, Brazil. I entered the MSC Seminary in Juiz de Fora on February 13, 2002, at the age of eighteen. My ecclesial life began during my childhood in a parish attended by the MSC. I was always attracted to the spirituality of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, which led me to feel in my heart the call to be a priest, but as time went by, I understood the desire to be an MSC Religious and to serve God and the Church as an MSC priest.
I studied in the year 2022 at the Aspirancy in Juiz de Fora, finishing high school. Then I attended the Philosophy course at the Paulo VI Institute in Nova Iguaçu, RJ, where our Postulancy was located. I was in the Novitiate for two years. The first year was in Pirassununga, SP and the second year in Itajubá, MG.
Soon after my first vows I went to Ribeirão das Neves, MG and I studied theology at the Instituto Santo Tomás de Aquino, ISTA. Our religious community was located on the outskirts of the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte.
In my 11 years as a priest, I have been in ministry in Joaíma- Northeast of Minas in the year 2012. In the year 2013 I worked in Redenção – South of Pará. In the following years from 2014 to 2020 I worked in the Parish São Pedro de Alcântara. São Gonçalo, RJ. Currently I am in Praça Seca, RJ since the year 2021. My current ministry has been the parish life, accentuated by the joy of serving and living the experience of a Church on the way out and with its difficulties due to the serious public security crisis that Rio de Janeiro has been experiencing. But the experience of taking the love and hope of the Heart of Jesus has animated my mission.

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be everywhere! Eternally.
