Fabian has held the position of Director of Vocations for the Province and is currently Director of the Novitiate. He trained for formation work at Marymount Centre in Sydney. Fabian is a member of the Formation Board and was a member of the previous Provincial Council. He spent some years in Japan studying the language and culture.
