Biography:
I am from Namibia, in Southern Africa, and was born on the 29th of July 1968 in Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia. I am from Katutura township in the Khomas Region. As a Missionary of the Sacred Heart, I belong to the Southern African Section of the Irish Province. Coming from a very small population, I speak five local languages and understand two more local languages. I also understand a few languages other than my own local languages such as Dutch, Zulu, Sotho, Tswana and Oshimbundu.
My conviction of becoming a Missionary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, was the outstanding human characteristic of Jesus’ love that touches and embraces all our humanity with his life. I made my first profession on the 6th of January 1995 in Midrand, South Africa. My final profession was on the 8th December1998 in Tembisa, South Africa. I celebrated my Priestly ordination in Namibia, on the 6th of May 2000 in my hometown Windhoek, Holy Redeemer Parish Katutura. My involvement in ministry, is very life-giving and I am passionate in whatever I do: Retreats, Healing and Reconciliation; Youth ministry, Facilitation; Care of the caregiver and Parish ministry.
